Cats need to stay focused and not look ahead this week. The changes to both sides of the ball have made huge differences in this teams play of late. Long and Baker actually have holes to run through and they both have been a lot of fun to watch. Ashland wins big 42-14

Anyone that wants to see a hopefully future Wildcat sophomore highlights go to UTUBE and search Quinton Baker. Pretty good stuff.

Ashland has to much speed for Greenup. Tomcats by 20.

Baker, Long should be able to break some long runs against the musketeers.

Ashland should win fairly easily. But Greenup's defense is the teams strong suit. They are creating almost 3 turnovers per game, problem is, the offense cant capitalize on them. I think they will keep Ashland under there average point and yardage totals. But Ashland still wins by 3 or 4 tds.

Greenup usually has a few athletes. Their D better be able to run. Anyone that has or is going to watch those U-TUBE highlights of Baker, around the 6 minute 50 second mark #60 from Ashland pancake blocks a kid from NCC. Nice block.

Quinton Baker tied the record at Ashland last week of a 99 yard TD run. Shares the record with Gary Thomas.

Greenups defense's weakest point is their safetys. We (Raceland) scored all of our passing tds on skinny posts if im not mistaken. Ashland will need to get to the edge quickly. Greenuo is pretty good at stretching plays out to the sidelines. There isnt any way Greenup can win this game though, they arent deep enough to go 4 quarters stopping Baker, Long, or Prince. They will keep it respectable for a half or so.
I say
Kitties 42 (goina take 3 quarters though)
Muskies 12

Ashland improves their record with yet another weak opponent.

Ashland should win this one by a fairly large margin.

Poor Greenup... Big win for the Kitties. Baker will stop running and never stop until Ashland takes him out!

Baker and company have some big plays, wouldn't be shocked if Baker went for over 200 yards in a little over one half. Cats win this one big, 44-12.
