Either trolling or stupid. Going to give you the benefit of the doubt and go with trolling. I could be wrong though.

I think your Pikeville team is the only one that can slow Williamsburg down on the road to Bowling Green.they are way better than they were last year.

Raceland is LIGHTYEARS away from contention at this point. Its a 2 horse race in the east as of now.

Look what teams that Pikeville has beaten are doing (Prestonsburg, Hazard) and teams W'burg has beaten have done zilch.

Not trolling on this one. Of course I trolled on Bell being good, Harlan County being there usual sucky selfs, and even Belfry having a cakewalk to the finals, but I honestly don't think you guys know what Wburg has in store for you.
Massey was the finishing touches on an already great team.
Now im not a Wburg fan, and my comment is not a reflection of anyone affiliated with them, but heres my two cents.
I will be surprised if anyone in the east doesn't get a running clock put on them by Wburg.
Wburg has the once every 25 years kind of team for a school there size. They will even compete with Mayfield this year. Not ready to say theyd beat Mayfield, but they'll definitely play with them.

Long way to go Scotty. Raceland will be in the mix.

But you are constantly surprised and nobody is ever surprised when you are wrong...

Williamsburg looked like a 5th grade team in the finals last year, and got thrashed a couple of other times. Far from a great team. And they lost a great player from that team that nobody seems to even remember.

I wouldn't be fooled by that. Wayne County has a pretty good defense. Williamsburg is just that smooth and explosive on offense. I couldn't believe they put up 52 points that quick.

Wburg could have put up 70 on Wayne.

That's funny. I do not recall seeing Pikeville in the finals.
So if Wburg looked like a 5th grade team, was Pikeville stuck in preschool?
They don't need to remember that great player. They replaced him rather easily.

I'm not a Williamsburg fan either and sure don't like seeing them do better than my cross town Whitley County Team lol but in reality Williamsburg is wayyyy better than they were last year. I thought Griffith should stay at wide receiver but they have several other good receivers and he is a dangerous quarterback and has a good running back behind him.

Oh and Jetpilot, ive defended Wburg 3 times on this thread already.
That's my max for the month. Youll have to fight with the 40 Wburg fans when they get home.

I think you are a site traffic bot who doesn't follow football and not a human.:devilflam If I had a year off work I would dig up the thousands of posts where you were wrong. Again, I thought it was due to trolling and not stupidity. But you are trying to convince me I am wrong.

actually Williamsburg didn't look like 5th grade against Mayfield. they looked like they were just standing there and not even playing

What did pikeville look like last year against Raceland I will guess a 4th grade team....You guys have know clues what's coming..... you will understand after Williamsburg plays hazard.....THUNDER IS COMING TO PIKEVILLE :lmao:

I think the addition of Massey was the one piece of the puzzle that Williamsburg was missing from last years team. They are going to be in bowling green again this year you can mark it down.

Heard all this same stuff the last time Williamsburg came to Pikeville and they were 11 or 12 and 0. They left their 0 in Pikeville and were at basketball practice the next morning.
09-13-2014, 04:58 AM
I called the blow out...called W'burg scoring in the 50's..called the running clock...Good thing they subbed down or the Skyler might still be out there breaking tackles and throwing TD's!!!
09-13-2014, 05:03 AM
This team is way better then last year... Skyler is the man...

You're right Jet, Pikeville will beat Williamsburg because they've beat Hazard and Prestonburg... Lol, who on this thread cares? Williamsburg returned everyone, so take last years team and make them bigger, faster, and stronger and that equals this team. Now I realize Pikeville returned a lot as well, but did Pikeville even get a chance to play Williamsburg last year? Oh wait... That's right they we're beat by Raceland who Williamsburg beat by 4 TDs. Pikeville is a fine football team and hopefully we'll be facing them or Hazard for a region title. Grow a set and have some class...

Williamsburg looked good tonight!! I could care less about comparing to anyone right now. Running clock at the beginning of 3rd quarter. You could tell Wayne was a well coached team, but they were just young. Williamsburg will get better!!!
09-13-2014, 05:59 AM
Really liked Wayne County's quarterback. Has a lot of zip on the ball and did a great job running their offense. Williamsburg's O was to much for Wayne. Good luck to the Cards the rest of the away except for the Hounds.

.Williamsburg had A complete game, I was impressed with the Wayne Co. Qb and they had some out standing Receivers, and were well coached Williamsburg is for real, it will take a really good team to beat them. Williamsburg has improved each and ever game they have played I believe they will continue to improve. They have not as of now played with their first unit, first of the year Patrick was out along with Wilson, tonight we played without one of the best and biggest players in the state Collin Lamourie. and Caddell When we get our first unit together it has to get better, they are making fewer mistakes and are loaded with talent.
