Game called due to weather and Harlan didn't want to wait any longer...Leslie was very physical on defense tonight and held Harlan to just 48 total yards. Harlan stacked the box and that opened up the pass for Kevin Whitaker who threw for three touchdown passes. 2 to #11 James Brock and 1 to #3 Josh Bray. Whitaker also ran for a TD in the win.

Harlan stacked the box against Williamsburg last week with same kind of results. They are not athletic enough to leave their corners on an island. Congrats to Eagles.

Harlan got lucky with the rain or I have a feeling it was going to get a lot worse. Leslie coaches and players seemed to have a chip on their shoulder. With the principal there now and how he has acted since he left the Leslie school system I can't say that I blame them. Player poaching, trash talk, disrespect from the principal is uncalled for going all the way back to last year. Leslie needs to play with that fire all the time.
