Bell wasn't that great in the mid 00's either. After that loss to Highlands they went down hill a little before coming back and winning state in 08. Since 2010 its been steadily declining. I think this year should be better for them than the last few though.

Keep former Hound Tom Shelton and his wife and families in your prayers. His 29 yr old son died last night in Washington DC after falling and hitting his head. He was in the Air Force Special Ops.

Corbin look really good today in 7-7 scrimmage today at Rockcastle. QB look great. Receivers look awesome. :truestory:

We went against Corbin earlier in the week and they had 3 or 4 nice athletes.. The basketball player may be the best of the bunch.. About 6'1 160.. Not for sure of name..
They will be fine this year.

The basketball player is Kenny Hopper. Great set of hands and a great vertical leap.

His speed was the difference.
Both teams have new staff and putting in play book..

It's been a while since I posted anything but it's getting about football time!!! Reading all the post on here looks like the redhound nation is in full force!! I really don't see the hounds losing in district play this year!! They have Wayne and Bell at home this year and return a ton of good players. I look for both games to be good games but Corbin has too many key players returning. The Ray Carrol Bowl will give us a good idea where the hounds stand!! Good luck to all and Go big Red!

Yes I am pulling for Bell. But I am realist when it comes to Corbin beating Pulaski. They return a lot more than Corbin.

Whitley county score 22 pts on Pulaski and north laurel gave Pulaski a good game last year. Not sold on Pulaski just yet. May feel different after this game. GO Corbin. :Cheerlead

Corbin will not win district. Bell has more coming back than they do.
