Who is it? Lol

Jordan Scott is the man...Jetpilot can downplay a kid's impact, but impact is measured in a lot of ways...6'2" 270 or so would help most any single A lines, and as weak as Pikeville has been up front, outside of Morrison the last two years, he could have helped the Panthers...He will provide depth to one of the best lines in the state and could very well be a starter his last two years ...BTW, I demand an investigation into how Cameron Alley, one of the best junior golfers in the state lives in Belfry and goes to Pikeville...Oh, I go to church with both these boys... just a disclaimer lol.

There is no eligibility issue... Case closed...He chose himself to go to Belfry instead of continuing to pay tuition and go to PHS...Btw, people like clueless, the most appropriate name on Rivals, are getting old...Programs that succeed draw good players...I don't know what schools most of you haters support, but maybe your team will one day be a winner and you can be on the receiving end of the unmerited potshots given by jealous fans of other teams.

Like I have said over and over..Coach Haywood is a Honest and fair, and Christian man...Again if a parent brings a child to Belfry from wherever,Coach will call the KHSAA to make sure it's legal...if its not they won't play until the KHSAA allows it...He didn't get to where he is today nor has Belfry gotten to be the program they are by cheating...Call it what you want but it's legal....this talk has been goin on since Dave Jones came over in the early 2000's, don't you think if it was wrong Belfry would have been slammed by the KHSAA already...

If Belfry did anything illegal or unethical there would be a line from Pikeville to Frankfort to rat us out. The haters want us to be a "dirty program" , that's how they justify why we keep destroying the competition. I dont understand how we win either haters.....hmmmm most winning coach in the state....dedicated players that dream of wearing the red from the age of 4.......weight training program second to none. Yep, it is a mystery of how we win , I guess we are just lucky.

So the new kid is Rodney Scott's son. Rodney coached me in grade school.
You have to be cautiously excited about getting a rising Sophmore with that kind of size.

Anyone know if Belfry is going to do any 7 on 7 action? When are the scrimmages?

I for one am glad KYRock is enjoying the good natured ribbing of Belfry. Have to do something to take the mind off that winless season.

You do not know how the eligibility rules are supposed to work.
Doesn't mattered if he payed tuition or not. If he lives in the same house that he lived in when he played at Pikeville, he will not be eligible. He is to have a legitimate address change.

The KHSAA is hit and miss so who knows, but the way the rules are set up, a change in address is required, but who knows with the KHSAA. They kinda just do whatever whenever haha.

I was just going by the address change part. Why would he have to change addresses if he already lives in the belfry school district.

Looks like the panther faithful have some ruffled feather's! nicker:
When they steal a kid from SV, Pike Co. Central, Phelps, etc. it's all good!
Here are my thoughts to you! :moon:

I think most of us are just surprised, because as far as I know, it was very sudden and no warning. Usually there are rumblings if someone is thinking about moving. But he is a good kid and we wish him well whatever happens. Belfry is getting a good kid and a good football player.

Why do you have to have an address change when there was not one in the first place? Seems impossible to me!

Belfry picked up a fine coach today when hiring Brad Allen. He'll have that already strong offensive line even better by the time the first game rolls around.

He deserved more support at East Ridge and am glad he is going to a program where he will be appreciated. Any time a program adds a guy to the staff as knowledgeable as Allen it is a huge plus. As for Haywood, one of the most respected coaches ever in Kentucky. Year after year he teaches and motivates his guys to exceed expectations and buy in to a team concept. He deserves nothing but praise. They lost quite a bit of talent last year but to think they will not be in the hunt come November is crazy. Austin Hatfield will be Belfry's prized bull this year.
