If both mayfield and williamsburg get to bg ill still buy you a dr pepper and a hotdog just for us both getting there. My new idea is if mayfield wins im going to buy me a state championship shirt, but the catch is you have to have your picture taken holding the shirt and the picture gets posted on here if the burg wins you buy you a championship shirt and ill get my picture taken holding it up and it gets posted on here.

I wouldn't take that bet if I were you 64. You gotta get by Pikeville first, and you won't be able to do that. Panthers earn the trip to BG. :popcorn:

Are you going to let him get away with that 64. Besides no one loses anything if one or both of us dont get back which is the most likely scenario. Odds are both wont get there, but if they do winner is out 20 bucks for a shirt to keep and the loser only loses alittle pride but its all in fun. If i do win someone will have to post the pic, i had to have someone do my avatar, maybe 55 would help me post the pic.

Then hopefully someone from each of the 2 that does will make the same bet so we can see someone crying holding the other teams state championship shirt up. I think i already clearly stated the odds are both wont make it, and that its highly possible neither does.

What's jones got to do with it? Did you think I was going to say something about hazard? Nope nothing at all. Pikeville will have the O but to get to BG they will need to get a D. There D was ok but they jus didn't stop the better teams last season..

Anyone who doesn't think Hazard will be in the picture, is just kidding themselves. Those guys will have some great teams and then years not as good, but, they'll always have a say in things. They've earned that respect and are a proven commodity in 1a football. One thing you can always count on with Hazard is that they'll be well coached, fundamentally sound and have some tough kids that'll definately strap em up and lay a lick to you..

First of all, my comment about Jones was a compliment to the Hazard team, and he would have a lot to do with it if he was on my team. Now, everyone has an opinion. Just stating mine. As far as Pikeville's defense is concerned, last season was a work in progress. A LOT of work was needed for it. However, it was good enough to make it as far as we did because it did get better as the season progressed.

Pikeville will miss 1650 yards rushing and 29 touchdowns. That is a lot of O to replace. The two headed snake only has one head this year.

I agree it did get better and to be honest I still can't believe they got held to 3 points against raceland.. I also can't believe hazard got held to 7 against Williamsburg. But u make as many TO as hazard did that game and only lose by 14 is a compliment because Williamsburg but quite a but of points on the board.

Well, I for one, and many Panther fans, and others, can't believe we got held to just 3 either. Raceland last yr. was one of the better teams Pikeville faced, along with Belfry. They are the two losses for the Panthers last season. To be honest, imo it's hard to say how things will shake out this season. But you got to support the team. All respect to Hazard......well deserved.
