WILLOW WOOD, Ohio Ashland’s Megan Hensley fired a perfect game and drove in the only runs of the game with a two-run homer as the Kittens topped Upper Arlington (Ohio) 2-0 in the Valley of Thunder at Symmes Valley on Friday night.

Hensley, a Louisville verbal commit, struck out 16 hitters. She also had two of Ashland’s four hits in three at-bats.

Sydney Whitt was aboard for Hensley’s thirdinningshot. The Kittens (12-1) return to action today versus Gahanna Lincoln and Portsmouth West today at Symmes Valley.
