Pike County Central 2014

Full deck Wrote:Well sounds like a bad deal to Whitley.

Pay the TN over 3,000 to get out of contract to in turn go to Pike Cent, not get paid and still maybe lose.

I wonder if teams are allowed to use bingo money to pay out of contracts?

It seems like you are extremely interested in Whitleys business.
Im sure if you called the school board, theyd be happy to meet with you and explain how a school system works.

If teams don't want to get bought out, then they shouldn't give that as an option.

John Paul is leaving for another P.C. team this year and taking a few players with him.He will be having a reunion;so to speak. No #4 wearing blue and orange next year. This is no rumor either.
#33
Chapman leaving the Hawks high & dry, kind of expected his exit. Who will the candidates be to replace him on the hill?
#34
So Pike Central is now looking for a coach?
#35
Is chapman officially gone?
To where?
#36
Pike Central should be a very good team in the upcoming season and potentially be very dangerous! They return a lot, and have a dandy freshman class coming in.
#37
I haven't heard anything about Chapman leaving. As far as I know he's staying.

I don't understand why he would leave now, next season Pike Central is going to return a very experienced team, one that could make a run in 3A.
#38
Yep...a run all the way to Pond Creek!
#39
Chapman will be at PC! It's to late in the game for any change.

1st chance to leave the hill top high & dry Chapman will be gonzo:welcome:

A good incoming freshman class. Belfry middle beat them by 40 every time they played. Usually had a running clock by halftime.
#42
Can't beat Belfry. Not even in the same class as Belfry??
#43
proud44pirate, you should of beat everybody that bad. How many kids did you have that was held back 2 years???

2 years? None. Thanks for your concern, the same rules apply in regards to holdbacks at PC as they do at Belfry. Stop stirring shit buddy, just win a game. If you do, I promise I won't whine about size or age or anything. Just a head nod and a congrats.

I saw PC twice aganst Williamsburg we were lucky both I thought they were as good as any team we played NExt year they will be awesome just you watch. I predict they will win their district and go deep in the playoffs.
#46
Pike Central should be tough this year,if coach and a couple of skill players don,t leave.
#47
Been hearing the same thing. That would be sad for pike central.

The only way PC ever wins a district title is if:
1. PC Drops out of 3A to get away from Belfry

2. Belfry drops out of 3A

3. Belfry has 15 starters and 9 backups Injured and can't play

So in other words it Ain't gonna happen..lol

Don,t see this happening,I heard he took a pay cut and was not happy, but you have to have somewhere else to go before you quit.

It's in the works, he has an opportunity & will have a tough decision to make:eyeroll:

I don,t think he will go to the other PCC. I have been wrong before though. ER may inherit a mighty good team if JPC leaves the hill.
#53
If Chapman jumps ship for Perry Central he should be required to coach every game until he retires wearing a giant red "B" like his scarlet letter to symbolize he never could beat Belfry.

Roger Wagner should b required to do the same as well.

Many coaches would have to wear the big B.

Seems like ER will have several opportunities next season.

Great possibility. That's why things are dragging along on the hire at SV. Chapman is indirectly named or is a factor in 3 schools you might say.
#57
appears to be dying to get away from the Pirates
#58
Will Chapman go to Perry Central now that Haddix is gone?

I think he was hoping this would happen a year from now,he may go because the opportunity won,t be there again any time soon.
