Can the Redhounds do it again?

If it comes down to coaching, absolutely!!! Coach P is the best in region. But talent is down for the hounds. If coach P had Jackson talent, would make a run at state!!!

Better players for Jackson better coach for Corbin. Jackson by 12

Interesting game, Corbin took down Jackson first game of the season! But has since lost twice I think. Jackson's talent is much better but Coach P equals Jackson talent with his coaching. The arena is the deciding factor tough place to shoot from, Jackson dies with the three Corbin wins 63-57!

This will be a great game. Coaching vrs. talent in an arena setting. What more could a mountain basketball fan ask for! I'm saying upset, Corbin and Coach P advance.

Jackson Co. Wins!!

Jackson has a lot of experience, Corbin not so much. I'm not sure that Corbin can score enough to be able to keep up with the Generals in this one.

I don't have a dog in this race.....but I have watched both teams play and saw them play against Clay......I would say Jackson is a 20 point better team than Corbin.....If Jackson comes out and plays the way I know they can....This game will be a blowout.

Hope generals pull this out

I totally disagree, I think Corbin can beat Jackson, and has beat Jackson. They are twice better coached. Is Jackson. More talented yes , but they couldn't guard a dead dog. Jackson will probably win but u need to quit drinking the juice cchs.:ChairHit:

Jackson Co!!

May not be the most talented Corbin team but there is enough, add the best coaching and this team could play in the finals...

CChs is the only one man enough to admit the real reason everyone has hopped on the Corbin bandwagon. Nobody from Clay wants to see Jackson again, and everyone from Jackson is hoping Clay can get by Knox so we can get another shot at em.

Both Clay and Jackson fans better not look ahead at all. Anything can happen at tournament time. One game at a time, then see who you play when you get there.

I think Corbin wins this one in a close game. I hope Jackson does though, because I want to see them in the finals.

I'm sorry but Corbin isn't very good.......and yes they did beat Jackson the 1st game of the year....but then Jackson took it to them in the rematch......Like I said if Jackson stays out of foul trouble this will be at least a double digit win. If Corbin can get Fox and maybe Collier in foul trouble then it will be a little closer.....I do hope Corbin wins though because I am man enough to say I don't want another game with Jackson....especially with a trip to Rupp on the line.

And that's what makes tournament games sooo exciting!!!!

While I agree that Petrowski is the better Coach, these threads make it seem like Parrot just rolls the ball out and let's his kids play. Guy is a class act on and off the floor and has put great work in with this team the past 3 years. Petrowski is more proven obviously, but Coach Parrett is excellent as well.

If Corbin is not very good then the rest of
The region is weak too. They have either
Played with or beaten several teams in the
Region finals.

I'm a Clay fan and I just want to see Clay in the finals. If it's against Corbin, Bell, or Jackson County. Boy I would like to see Clay vs Jackson and Chip vs Fox one last time. It would be an all out war.

Its really only fitting to see Clay-Jackson final to me. I know I'm a CC fan but that's what I really hope happens. The last 2 years there have been 4 awesome games that Clay pulled out and 1 game where Jackson just embarassed us. The 13th region is going to miss McDaniel and Fox. You can argue all day who is better, blah blah. Fox has outplayed Chip, and Chip has outplayed Fox. Fox has never proven it on the big stage, he is about to get his chance. I'm hoping another player, team rivalry in the near future can occur that resembles what Clay and Jackson has been the last 2 years. Smith-Broughton, Broughton-Taylor and their respected teams have potential in the future, but anyone who has watched these CC-JC the last 2 years know that you can't buy that excitement for $5 anywhere else. So hopefully, for a little greater price, we will get to see it all happen one last time at the Arena.

Jesus Christ, I just read a Bubba post that was actually respectable. Preach! The 13th region will be a bore fest if this thing ends any other way except Clay-Jackson. Excellent post Bubba.

Boys, you all got the true Bubba out.
