Rhodes didn't coach a bad game.
Forced the wing men for Perry to hit shots and they didn't make any.
I didn't think Perry would press to try to win this one late but I think the incidents during the game lit a fire under Shannon.

Chapman will be suspended for the next two games for throwing a punch at Johnson right. Unless they get a court order injunction to stop khsaa from suspending him. Since cordia don't follow khsaa rules

I would think there were more technicals handed out for players coming off the bench and such...

but I don't know for sure.

I was confused about that as well.

I think it was double techs on JJ and Chapman but Chapman was ejected for the punch and those offset.

There had to be some more Ts involved

Ballstar looked truly offended. Sorry dude just heat of the moment.
Johnson had a monster jam and got fouled pretty bad.

I was watching on TV and they had a clear shot at the punch.

They walk by each other and Johnson gets sucker punched out of nowhere.

Only way Johnson provoked it was if he said something under his breath...
but when he got hit he wasn't even looking at Chapman.

I sat behind the Cordias bench. State police about took a PCC fan to jail for using a racial slur. WYMT was there they should have footage..
Marquis was the guy the racial slur was through at.
I know we all have our ups and downs on here..
But there's entirely no reason for that.

Hall from kcc got two games when he got into a fight in preseason. So Chapman should at least get two games. That would take him out of the district.

A big win for the Lions is overshadowed by a STUPID decision.
Nothing said on the playing court should ever warrant getting punched in the face.
This is the last I'll speak of it on here, though.
Not much to be said about it other than it shouldn't have happened.

how did they call a double technical. one on Johnson and one on chapman. and then they called one on perry centrals bench. Johnson did not do anything. he got sucker punched in the back of the head. and cordias entire bench left their seats. the refs called a foul on chapman so it was a dead ball when chapman sucker punched Johnson so there couldn't have been a double technical. and after all of that cordia got to shoot 2 free throws and got the ball. all in all the refs done an ok jobs except for letting chapman away with a few cheap shots

No matter what is said, you never let anything get to you. If anything you use it as motivation to play better. No matter if he had said anything, no room for throwing a punch. He has got to think of the consequences and how he hurt his team.
