Jackson County is still my pick to win the 13th.

If they would play defense they would be mine. They play that bull fighter defense... Olè! I really like Lawson and Collier (on offense). I'm impressed with Fox's talent but not always his performance or leadership. Don't take that the wrong way I just think he could be even more than he is! Mine is just an opinion of someone who has only seen them 5 times this year and only about the same last. North will be really good in two years if all the players stay at North! Bailey will really help them too but I hope he works harder than he has.

North laurel will be my pick, I feel a scenario coming on just like last year, Jackson Co. Wins both regular season games ans North wins when it counts in the District Tournament. Jackson Co. Won't even be in the Regional tournament!

Where did Collier transfer from?
Did his dad play for Laurel County?

While I don't necessarily disagree with that, first Jackson would have to lose the top seed in the district. They have two games with Clay in the next ten days. If they split, (and provided Clay beats North in Manchester on Tuesday) it is my understanding is the winner of the second game gets the top seed. If that's so, curious as to why Clay agreed to play makeup game at Jackson after game at Clay. Maybe since the game at Clay was originally scheduled as the later one it will be used as the tiebreaker anyway if needed. As a North fan, I would rather play Jackson in the district than play Clay at Clay. Jackson I think is much more likely to let the elimination game pressure get to them.

Most points scored in regional or district games. Like I said just a guess don't roast me if I'm wrong. I just think if it was scheduling thing that would be a real mess with scheduling every year then teams trying to get it rescheduled every year for the least bit of weather hoping to get the later game.

The tiebreaker used to be if between two teams that split regular season games.....
1) margin of victory +/- 15 points
2) points allowed vs each other
3) points scored vs each other
4) coin flip
Not sure if it's still that way.

This is the best district in the 13th Region. I think Jackson Co is the best team, Clay Co is right there with them, and North is the third, based on talent.
But, I feel like North has the best coach in the district and that matters when tournament time gets here.
It wouldn't surprise me to see Jackson Co win the 13th Region, but it also wouldn't surprise me to see North Laurel beat them in the first round (if it comes to that).
With this region, you just never know, especially this year.

I agree 100%with that statement!

North does have the best coach. Clay's coach needs to pull his team together. Knox will win.

North Laurel will probably not get outta their first game, North isn't as talented as everyone thinks. They have 1 good player and that's Broughton, the other 4 they put out there couldn't start at OBI!
