Why is Jackson Co in A class in basketball and 3A in football?

All-A tournament is the bottom ever-how-many schools attendance-wise in the state.
Usually a few 3A schools make the cut.
Knott County did last year.

Bottom 125 schools attendance wise in the state are invited to All A. Jackson County meets them requirements this year.

You also have to play less than 30 games a year is the 2nd requirement.

Everyone is limited to 30 games. There's no special requirement like that for the All A.

It's before the district tourney the 30 games are... Technically it would still be a requirement of All A because the All A has nothing to do with KHSAA two different organizations. 2 different sets of rules even if same rule
