Congrats Lions. Cunningham played great game. Defense was set up to stop him at the latter part of the game he took over. He was wore out after being hounded all nite. This kid has a ton of heart. If he had a more creditable inside game makes you wonder how good Cordia would have been. Bulldogs led the entire game but pressure caught up with them late in the game. These teams are evenly matched going to be a very good 14th regional tournament when you add in Perry and Knott. Peace be among us. Brother Cecil.

Leslie has very little chance of beating Cordia you saw the championship game tonite. Cordia has too much speed and athleticism for Leslie County. Just my opinion but that's why they play the games. Peace be among us. Brother Cecil.

I agree Ballers the last two games against Buckhorn and Hazard both which I have watched Rhodes has done a good job. Kept them under control and stayed with the game plan. Peace be among us. Brother Cecil.

I believe that shot was a set play. Looked that way to me. Cordia needed a three and the defense was always coming to CC. I really believe that was a set play. Peace be among us. Brother Cecil.

What a big and smart coaching decision when Cordia fouled with the game tied. Putting the game in their hands and not allowing Hazard to have the final shot, which they had anyway but things were greatly different with that final shot. Both teams played hard and it made for a great game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I knew it was going to be a close game!
But if ur just trying to take a shot at Hazard for losing a game by 2 then ok but no really for me to eat crow! I know Cunningham is a special player, Rhodes has found a player that can win games for him!

As I have stated in previous post on here: put the ball in CC's hand and allow him to be the decision maker and take most of the coaching out of it. CC is a very smart player that will make the right decisions. That takes A lot of the strain off of Rod to call sets and plays all the time. If your players can play let them go. That's what he did w/ CC tonight. With that being said I still think the way you guard CC is to make him a jump shooter. That is his Achilles hill IMO. It much easier said than done but I think if you can take his driving ability away you can make it much much harder on Cordia. That's why I would play them zone.

I know cordia won but I don't think Rhodes done a very good job coaching tonight. I thought he should have pressed the whole game and played man to man too. Cordia done it in the second quarter a little and erased hazards lead and then went back into the zone. I would never slow down if I was coaching because cordia has the players to run you out of the gym. That being said I think perry central is the team to beat in the region if Beverly gets healthy

I saw Rhodes put the fear of God in Chisolm last night lol
When they got the big stop... Chisolm ran across the court and started celebrating with the crowd with time on the clock.
Refs were working out the clock and foul situation and missed it.
He literally shoved him into his seat and said some things that I'm not comfortable repeating on here.
