SHELDON CLARK we have one good bench the oters have ben modifity for the worst they are to skinny when yiou use them you almost fall of olny one weight is is black the rest look like some one painted them with rust we have no room to get in our locker because of all the benches i hope we get a new one soon :wieghts:

i agree that sheldon clarks weight room is horrible, the equipment has probaly been there since the 80s, the board of education should get off there behinds and get the boys some new equipment and a new building.

I have been in several weight rooms around this area and I must agee SC is by far the worst. I really don't know how they can compete the way they have over the years it just seems to me that all the schools they play would have a great advantage. I know Lawrence Co has a real nice weight room and some really nice weights but not a lot of verity of weights but it is one of the better ones in the area . Ashland has a really nice weight room it is like a small collage weight room. That is one reason I pull for SC when they aren't playing us that is . A person would think that some of them coal companys would get together and help that program out . Look what a coal Company did for Belfry. I can only imagine what SC would do with a up to date wieght room look how good they do with what they have . I really think it would make a huge difference. :wieghts::wieghts::wieghts:

I myself would like to see SF get a weight room down by the new feild the one up at the school is so small.....not much weights and if somthing breaks you gotta fix they want buy a new one.....

Maybe if you all had a weightlifting class, you all could borrow there room if the teacher trusts you b/c that is what we do at valley.

Valley has a nice weight room but its too small...you cant fit 30 people in there without bumpin shoulders with everybody you walk past...id like to see valley have a weight room like lawerence or belfry...
