He isn't eligible at the moment but also hasn't been ruled ineligible. Ortiz and Chapman need to be released by old coaches and their good to go. Those are the only three that aren't eligible yet. But have been told that all three cases look good and all three should be eligible before Dec. 5th.

Also hearing Fritz isn't eligible till Dec 5th as well, because he has to sit out a year from the time he was ruled ineligible last year, don't kow how true this is though
