I didn't get the individual totals but, I do have some stats.

Aaron Smith is the PT Pros player of the game with 3 rushing TDs of 10, 38, and 44 yards!

Riley Hall throws for 259 passing yards and 3 TDs of 8, 55, and 78 yards!

Jake Johnson with the 78 yard TD, George Gregory with the 55 yard TD, and Caleb Cox with the 8 yard TD

28-16 to be correct and yes, I would call it domination by the Maroons. NL tripled PC in Time of Possession and the Maroons were still able to rattle off 55 plays for 517 yards and 6 TDs

500 yards of offense? AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW PC!!!!!!!!!!!! Love it. Congrats to the Maroons. Now it's on to the next one! Wish I could have been there.

Nice effort from the Jags.
#10
LOL, you are out of your mind. I was at the game...North physically manhandled Pulaski's defense. A maroon got knocked unconscious by the Blair kid. Out...Cold. If the Nelson kid had played (QB and Safety) I'd put my money on North. I also heard that North had a Senior Middle Backer Out. They did look weak up the middle at times. If the Jags get healthy, they will not be an easy out come playoff time. If I'm pulaski, I'm worried why it took so long to put North Laurel away without two of their best players. Maroon Defense is not very good either. Dominated...haha...SMH.

Great effort by North tonight. They battled it out with a top notch team without their main offensive threat and safety net safety Nelson. Also, starting LB Baker was out. 42-26 was a very respectable score in my opinion. Great game by Gabe Blair tonight, runs the ball as hard as anyone anywhere.
#12
I couldnt have been more right about this Pulaski County team.
I knew they would be very good, but even so, theyve exceeded my expectations.

The PC/Madison Southern game will be a complete battle next week. It will also be for the district title.

How long is Nelson out?

You're right. The Maroons defense isn't very good. They aren't 7-0 or anything close. They did not make enough plays to win last night. Or wait... Actually YUPPPP, they have done exactly that. Their TEAM beat an undefeated North squad last night. I don't think anyone has stated that North is an 'easy out'.

Pulaski was without Mason Helton(leader on the defense), Jake Roberts, Perkins, Kirby, Jarod Denney, and Pat Stephens went down early. So if you want to play the "if...played...", It would have been a bigger win for the Maroons.

I don't think anyone outside the Jaguar faithful think that NL is as good as PC. Not saying the Jags aren't a quality team, but the Maroons are at the beginning of what could likely be a special run for 3 years. Hopefully they can get everyone healthy and continue the district / regional run.

Seriously, you think the kids on crutches for PC are water boys? Injury stinks for any team but if you think the guys out for PC wouldn't have made a difference as well since your speaking about the what if's......think again.

Actually the kid came back on the next drive. Not unconscious. He hurt his surgically repaired shoulder. He was back and actually laid the lumber to #28 several times in 2nd half. Yeah I guess PC would love to hsve had #44, 52, 42, 58, 72. All starters/contributers, all out kast night. Next excuse Jags.... Show respect. You got beat.
#19
Called this one! Great win for the Maroons.
#20
We could all play "what if"? Both teams will be a factor in the playoffs! Congrats to Pulaski on a great win. I don't see them losing a game until they play THE BEARS! This will be a great game. Pulaski has home field so it will be a slobber knocker. The BEARS will be ready!
#21
We are proud of our Jags!! I've watched this group from Pulaski since the 6th grade when they were the Mustangs and 7th, 8th grade years as Northern Pulaski. These kids have some serious talent and I agree the rest of this year and the next 2 they will, bar inquiry, continue to be good. Unbeatable?? I don't think so. We did pound it down their throats several times! Gabe Blair pound for pound is as good as any back in the state!! Yes the PC D made some key stops in the second half, had they not though this game goes to the wire. You just can't give Hall the football! Yes we had two key guys out and 3 or 4 on the sidelines hurt as well, as the saying goes "If, if and but's were candy & nuts everyday would be Christmas!! As for the PC & Madison Southern game the district championship? Dont' count us out yet, if Madison Southern beats PC the Jags still have a shot!! This week I will be a Madison Southern fan!! Rematch in the playoffs with PC, were good with that, love to see it!!
#22
Even if PC were to loose to Madison Southern, their win over Russell County will likely be a tie breaker that will give the title to PC.
#23
Wrong laker.
North Laurel will own the tie breaker.
Count four opponents wins not just one team.
#24
They actually count 3 opponents first and go to 4 if needed. The PC win over the Lakers will likely provide PC 8 or 9 points, Somerset should get them 6 or 7, and Montgomery Co should be about 5. For NL: Williamburg can get 7, Leslie Co might get 5, Clay might get 3. This makes a tie breaker:

PC at least 19
NL around 13

Seriously, you're going to play the what if game?! Were you really at the game? If you were, you would have seen all of the Pulaski players that weren't dressed and on crutches! Injuries affect every team so, the what if game is a lame excuse that can be used by everyone. You have to make the best of what you have and that's what Johnny Hines does.

No it is 4 teams and North would/should have more. Regardless Pulaski is firmly in the drivers seat. Win they are #1, lose then Southern vs. North is for district unless Lincoln beats North this week.

b) TIE-BREAKER (more than two teams). Should three or more
teams tie for the a district position based upon the win-loss
record, the position shall be determined by the following:
i) If one of the teams has defeated each of the other teams
tied in games contested between them, that team shall be
declared to hold the highest position, and the winner of the
game between the remaining teams (if less than four) shall
be declared the second highest position. In the event of
more than three teams being tied, where one has defeated
each of the tied teams, that team shall be declared the
highest position, and the tie-breaking procedure shall be
re-applied for the remaining tied teams.
ii) If the tie remains, each team tied for the position shall
receive one point for each game won by any four of their
defeated opponents in all games, except for the games
played between any two of the tied teams. All games played
shall be counted in applying the tie-breaking procedure,
including out of state games, with the exception that a
defeated school may be counted only once in the procedure
regardless of the number of games played against that
particular school. Teams awarded forfeit victories (whether
or not a forfeit fee is paid) may count the defeated opponents
of the forfeiting team, provided the game was not replaced
on the schedule.
iii) If the tie remains after application of provision (ii), an
additional defeated opponent’s wins will be added to the
point total for each team until the tie is broken and the
winner of the tied position declared, or until all games are
exhausted.
iv) If the tie for the position involves only three teams, and the
application of (ii) and (iii) results in one team being declared
the winner of the tied position based on point totals, the
highest point total from the application of (ii) and (iii)
between the two remaining tied teams shall be declared to
hold the next position.

IMHO, this game is for all the marbles.
I dont think North will beat Madison Southern so this game should give us the district 7 champion.
If something crazy happens, and Pulaski loses to MS and MS loses to NL, then thered be a 3 way tie.
Under that scenario, which would take your 4 non district wins and add those opponents wins together, it could get really tight.
For PC, Somerset, Russell, Montgomery and Rock would be there teams, considering North Hardin hasnt won a game, but Rock has only won one game. Somerset and Russell should provide around 14 or 15 wins at least, and Montgomery may bring in another 5 or 6 then your only looking at 1 or 2 from on of the others listed.
I would think PC would rack up atleast 20.
For North Laurel, Im not sure where Claiborne TN record stands. I think its currently 3-2. But the win over Wburg, Clay, Leslie, and Claiborne, (excluding 1 win Grant County) I dont see North being a threat to beat PC in a tiebreaker.
As for Madison Southern, there wins over Madison Central, Whitley, Dunbar, and Rock isnt getting them anywhere. ALSO, they only play 9 games this year instead of ten. I would imagine theyd finish third in a tiebreaker.

After all that though, I think PC will go 10-0, Madison Southern 9-1, and North 8-2 in the regular season for your 1-2-3 in that district. I expect Lincoln County to wrap up the 4 seed unless SW comes from nowhere.

Will give credit where credit is due. PC is an excellent ball team and the boys deserve what is coming to them. To sustain all the injuries they have endured and still perform as they are is absolutely the only testament they need. Even though a Laker fan, I enjoy watching a team overcome and continue to play well. Good luck PC, I really enjoy watching your team.

Rough start for PC but finished with authority congrats on a good solid win
