I sure hope the Panthers keep winning, at least until they meet us. We seem to do much better of late when playing an undefeated team in Bowling Green. 2010 Hazard 13-0. 2012 Fairview 14-0.

SC is really down this year. They have hit ROCK bottom over in Inez. Can this program be turned around, or is it to far gone for the foreseeable future? Pikeville by a lot.

I am going to say Pikeville by less than people think. Players dinged up after games against 3 pretty good football teams. Pikeville 38, SC 14 with JV getting plenty of minutes...

Rights the ship? They are undefeated, ranked 3rd in AP poll and have 31 freshmen and sophomores and getting better every week? This isn't a sinking ship, it's one you want to be on!:rockon:

It's worth noting that Sheldon Clark has 1, maybe 2 guys that started last year. They lost their best offensive and defensive players to transfer. Other key contributors kind of followed suit by just not playing with the thought process being that they couldn't compete. I love my alma mater and coach, but I'm not sure they'll score a touchdown this season. It's that bad.

Best Defensive and Offensive SC Player is a junior, Cline. Linebacker that presses over 400 and was just honored defensive MVP of Calloway Bowl. If he could get some help from the young lineman they may mount a come back.

Are you trying to say he is the best player on this team but he doesn't even start on offense? I'm not buying it. Brandon Butcher is the best player on this team.

Could someone tell me whats going on @SC!?!?!? I know things are in disarray over there with the school getting shut down. Is that what's causing this collapse? It's really sad to see a traditionally good program like SC field 22 kids! What happened Card fans?!?! I'm not being sarcastic I really would like to know...

If you watch the games you will see that Cline plays both sides of the ball and does start on both. Butcher is good for his age but has a long way to go to become compared to any of the receivers that proceeded him. They are actually best friends. But Cline is the only 3 star player on the team currently.

Numbers are down due to losing 16 seniors...basketball players not returning to play football...the school has moved to the former IMS bldg until the new one is built. Just a couple years of rebuilding; Hager will turn it around.
