Personal biased but Dickie Adams is by far the best in the 14th Region.

Adams and Napier are extremely great coaches.I think Adams has took less talent and still won a fairly good share of his games.Napier is a good coach but he's had loads of talent to work with.Both are great coaches whom I respect.
