PCs weight room sucks.....it looks like a dungeon.

(I thought everything at PC was fairly new and well-done???)

Besides, it doesn't matter as much what it LOOKS like as what's IN it and what gets DONE with what's in it!

Take that dungeon and take PRIDE in the fact that it's "one-of-a-kind!" Get t-shirts about how much BETTER you'll be than your opponents because you've had to work in a DUNGEON and they get all the nice fancy-pants stuff donated by XYZ company.

Use it to your ADVANTAGE! Don't complain about it.

Just my 2 cents.

I agree PHSFAN...Pikeville does have a nice weight room.

Not to down anyone, but there isn't one weight room this side of lexington that compairs to that of the Grundy, VA Golden Wave!...there weight room could pass for a D-3, or D-2 room! IMO anyone else that has seen it will agree.

very nice indeed

Pikeville's WR improvement plans are rumored to be great! The new equipment alone sounds awesome. I've heard, "If you build it, they will come".

Knox Central is raising money to build a new wr and indoor practice facility. Look for another team in that district to do the same, very soon.

Sf's got a new paint job and i hope we get some new equipment but we are going to have to start winnin to get that!!! And dont post in any smart remarks to that either

ive saw several weight rooms and most are bout the same i think corbins is one of the best but i just couldnt beleive how bad johnson centrals was compared to there school wow.

Oh I used it everyday 24 7, and we actually joked about it and did have a shirt about it. I just say it sucks b/c it is small, and when we get new equipment we have to take stuff out. It causes people to take a lot longer to work out.

who knows about JCHS's weight room?

ashlands weightrooom has a really impressive. it impressed Arliss Beach when he came to see it.
#42
Paintsville isnt the best but it will do.

Belfry Middle School has a tremendous weight room, needless to say it is probably the best one for the middle school age. I have recently been in there and 75 kids could easily work out without much congestion. Actually around 50 kids were working out when I did see it. They even have enough room to do cone drills and agilities. Tremendous facility for a middle school program.

Would that team be Clay??? I sure hope so. Things in Clay are starting to change and football will more than likely pass up basketball before too long.

i was in the weight room over at central monday... i saw 4 players bench at least 10 lbs over 200... keep in mind there were only 5 players in the class

JCs is pretty nice it has enough room and equipment for every1 with 2 leg press sleds,8 bench and squat racks plus the building was just rennovated so one room is very new. Overall JC has a great facility to lift in
