Pike Central and Stuart was not a good fit. Without a teaching position to offer it looked unlikely to begin with. Pike Central has other plans. Why would someone want to leave Pikeville to teach and coach at Pike Central and make less money than just teaching at Pikeville?

Be interesting to see who they get. Roger Harless just resigned at Lawrence Co., so there is a thought.

She may have a slight chance. I don't see it with the administration changes they have had. Not likely to go with an outsider unless, like Milby, you date the mothers of great players and bring in some nice transfers. Epps will most likely get the job...rumor has it that Lena Bramblett is interested. That is some strong ties to Marion County. It hasn't even been posted. That is usually a sign of a done deal.

The one he brought in from Caverna whose name escapes me and the other was Tick Rogers daugther. Great players. Bramblet is St. Catherine's current girls coach. She is a Marion County native. Stuart might give it a shot. She certainly has the credentials.

He isn't considered the most professional. And I think they should have won state a couple of times with the past group. Having Epps on the bench was huge. Epps would have still been the boys coach...he can't seem to get out of his own way.

Alot of coaches are not considered the most professional. Stuart one of them.She is as crroked as they come. Some of the biggest recruiters in the state are right here in good ole eastern kentucky. alot of people dont like winners. Myself I like Milby, Napier, and the winners.

Pike Central hired Wes Thatcher as the new girls basketball head coach.

He was JV coach for Logan High School in West Virginia.

Knott is rankred 5/6 they are very young. they palyed freshmen and 2 8th graders most of 2nd half.
