Game was picked up earlier today (May 16th) and is scheduled for 6 PM!

Common Opponent: Bath County

Paintsville (0-1): vs. Bath County (7-3 L @ WBP)

Estill County (0-1): @ Bath County (8-1 L)

Paintsville comes in at 20-7 and Estill County comes in at 15-8...

Paintsville comes in averaging 6.9 RPG while Estill County averages 7.6 RPG

WPB - Whitaker Bank Park

Have no idea who will throw for Estill. Will either be Day, Thomas or Sparks

Behind the middle school up on the hill. The high school/bus garage/middle school are right there togeather. Coming from Winchester/Stanton you will come to the middle school first (right side of road) the bus garage is in the middle and the high school is on over the hill. Both baseball and softball fields are up behind the middle school. Baseball field is on top of the hill while softball is on down over the hill down behind the baseball field.

I just wonder if Estill goes to Paintsville next year of it's just a one year deal?

Game was picked up when Knott Co. canceled.

Tigers will prolly start T.Miller. Could possibly see a couple other arms though. That is if weather permits.

You better come over and give me a shout SK. I'll be the guy in the shorts in the dugout.

This should be a good game if the weather allows. It's been a terrible spring for baseball this year. Would love to see the khsaa move the baseball season to start in August so we could have descent weather.

Was just told that the game was still on. Paintsville is on their way. Looks like all 4 games will be played. Baseball is Varsity and JV against Paintsville and Softball has a varsity double header here at home against South Laurel

Looking at the radar as we speak, looks like it's going NE, not quite to Lexington or Richmond just yet and looks like Somerset maybe getting a little but as for as EKY goes, looks like they won't be getting any for a little while.

I'm not going either. Had some stuff to do this evening and I'm wore out. I have someone keeping me updated and When I'm updated I'll update BGR

Hook can you find out if this is a one year or two year deal between Estill and Paintsville? Not sure if Engineers return the trip to Paintsville next year of if Estill is giving some sort of stipend to Paintsville for coming all the way down here for one year
