I don't understand how teams can't prepare for a zone. They've seen it since grade school. Syracuse is just that good defensively.

Teams see it and go blank.
You learn how to use and play against a 2-3 zone before you learn how to guard man to man.


Tom Crean will be one of those coaches that coach 25 years at one school, go to multiple sweet 16's, elite 8's, and a few final fours, only to never win a championship.
So in another words, will never be worth anything.

Syracuse's Zone kills players like Zeller. idk why it does like others have stated you see it all the time before college but some teams cannot compensate for it.
