Strikeout King Wrote:Wiggins met with Cal today.

WCS has said that he wasn't satisfied and plans to return.

Looks like Noel might be the only one that leaves.

Ky getting Hawkins spells it for Harrow.. Don't see Archie back either. Gonna come down to money on the rest. Next years draft is loaded, this years, week as it's been in years. Go this year or wait til next and take a chance on being better, or worse.

I disagree with you. I think Goodwin, Poythress, and Cauley-Stein all return. Going by Goodwin's quotes, I'm more sure about him than anyone: "If any one of us leaves, we'd be delusional."

I do agree with you about Harrow. Cal now has three point guards if the reports on Hawkins are true: Andrew Harrison, Jarrod Polson, and Dominique Hawkins. I believe Harrow is out.

One thing about players if you've ever followed ball, saying they will come back, you'd know they are saying that in the heat and emotions of a loss. Patrick Patterson and a couple said the same thing his last year, most of em said same thing couple years ago. Even Lamb said it last year. Archie will be top 15 pick, no worse than 20. Plus Cal said 2 players were basically behind this bad season. I know one was Ryan, think Archie was the other. Harrow is as good as gone as the sun coming up tomorrow. He was given numerous chances by Cal. But Ryan would not listen. He wasn't homesick when he left for 4 games earlier this year. Cal told him to go home, either get his shit straight or not come back. He let him and came back not changed a bit. Ryan wanted to play his way all season and not Cals way, where you heard some players on the team were uncoachable. Team was not behind him what so ever. Without a pg players can trust, you saw what happened.

Spot on.
Players always say there going to come back directly after the season ends, and they usually end up going.

Didn't notice any players consoling Harrow in the locker room after the Vandy game either. I don't even know if he fit in with anyone on this team.

They told him in locker room wasn't his fault. But nobody walked over to consol him. Just left him sitting by himself. Then left the room.

Hearing Harrow's goose is cooked, & he's gone. That an announcement may be made as soon as tomorrow. Also have heard some buzz that his absence earlier in the season was due to a failed drug test, on a first fail you get a warning but Cal sent him home. As well as he missed and/or showed up late for practices as well as team meetings.

If that is the case, good riddance. I am alk for second chances but it sounds like he had a lot of chances to get it right and he didn't.

That's all hearsay & rumors for the time being. I doubt all of that will ever come out in the wash. I can live with failed test, but the late/missing practice consistently is inexcusable.

Cauley Stein is projected top 10 in the mock draft.
Why would he stay? Stock is going down next year. He's gone.

There's more than one mock draft. Which are you referring to?

Hearsay to most. I'm not going into details on anything I know. He's a good kid for the most part. Stubborn best I can describe him.

Posted earlier about this. Weakest draft in years. He's a top 15 at worst. Him and the others, don't go in a very weak draft or stay next year for a strong and loaded draft? Go while the goings good, stay and possibly loose spots they'd gotten this year?

I don't blame you Ahmad Rashaad.

Word from UK today, is there will be no news today regarding Hawkins.

With Madison Central on spring break, it's unlikely anything will be known surrounding him until the Monday after next at the earliest.

It's likely due to a formal announcement of who is staying & whose going, which can be expected sometime next week.

You don't want commitments or signed LOI for 8-9 guys with only 3-4 scholarships, so I suspect they'll clear room before bringing the rest of the guys on board.

Billy Packer?? I take offense to that, if someone called me Ahmad Rashaad I wouldn't. Just saying you got the "Inside Stuff"

no just hate Ahmad Rashad, can NOT stand the man. Met him a few times and he's arrogant as hell. If I took that the wrong way, I apologize. I get ridiculed on here with the stuff I hear and report to yall. Most of my inside stuff comes from people I've worked years to get in good with so I can get legit info to report.

I've heard the same about him, wasn't a personal attack. Was just referencing the "Inside Stuff". Speaking of which, if my info is wrong would you please elaborate on that as I would really like to know more about Harrow's issues & his stubbornness.

I think Harrow wanted to play like Cal requested all season but he simply didn't have the talent to pull it off. He was in way over his head trying to be the pg at a program like Kentucky. He's just not that level of a player. Ryan would not do any better at Western or Eastern. IMO he is a D-2 or NAIA player at best. He's too weak.....physically and mentally, to have the pg control for a Lamborghini program like Kentucky. He needs to be driving a Mini Cooper.

Averaged 10 ppg as a true freshman at NC State. Had a couple double doubles in points and assist also that year. He has the talent, just was not willing to buy in to Cals coaching. He was given the keys to a Lamborghini numerous times at UK. Now he'll be driving a Ford Pinto somewhere else.

I would about put money on it. That Wiggins will be in blue & white come fall!!!

Yes, Wiggins is coming. I was told this weekend by my UK insider that Wiggins has already told guy's like Poythress that he is coming. The intent was to make this a spectacle for the kid's signing event.
