Knott always complains about transfers but they have a couple like a few others on here have said. And other schools get transfers too but most of them don't pay $150,000 a year like they do Cameron justices parents. That is crazy.

Teacher's and coaches that graduate college, then have to go night school to finish their Master and Rank One Degree's, after teaching school all day and being away from their families, don't deserve to make a good salary? What you are saying is crazy!!!

They deserve a good salary - but my wife coaches basketball, teaches and is working towards a rank one right now and makes nowhere near $150k

If you and her both were teachers and coaches and you both had a Rank One and had 20+ years experience you would make close to 150K(combined) if not more!

I misread the original post - I assumed that they were eluding to the fact that Raymond pulled in 150k by himself.

Not to mention a very good insurance plan, summers off,and excellent pension plans. I do not know why teachers "poor mouth" it all the time?

My wife started off at 32k and was REQUIRED to get a master's degree that wasn't at all cheap.

We do get very good insurance, and the amount of money it takes from her check every pay period shows just how good it is.

If you think the pension plan is doing well right now - you obviously don't watch the news or read the paper. They are going to need a special session to save pension for the workers in the current system.

But she does get the summer off to take grad school classes right now.

The basketball check she gets once a semester is great...
If only it made up for the crap she has to take from the kids parents who think that their kid deserves more playing time, a school that doesn't support girls basketball and the lip that we take from idiots who cry about her summers off from educating their children and teaching them to play basketball.
