Kentucky defeated the Dores earlier in the year by 2....8 PM on SEC Network....
Cats have 6 games left to get 20+ wins (17-8) if they wanna have any shot at making the NCAA Tournament...
2/20 Vandy 8 PM
2/23 Missouri (ESPN College Gameday) 9 PM
2/27 Mississippi State 7 PM
3/2 @ Arkansas 4 PM
3/7 @ Georgia 7 PM
3/9 Florida 12 PM

Im not buying this whole 20 wins thing.
Even if we win 20 that could be wins against Miss St, Vandy, and Georgia.
IMO, if UK wants in they need those three and a win over Florida at home. If not Florida, they better win the other 5 for sure, or i just dont see it.
Even if you get to 20 a lot of people are forgeting theres still the SEC tourney, and a first round loss to an average SEC team would be a definite OUT IMO.

If we play the way we did against UT, we'll not win another game. We'll be one & out in the SEC tourney as well. That was the most pathetic display of basketball I've ever seen, I do believe.

^agree with Gut and Blur...I was optimistic three weeks ago and never had taken the sky is falling approach. However, when they needed to start playing basketball in 4th and 5th gear they never found their way out of 2nd or 3rd.
Without Noel against UT it was similar to watching a hs freshmen team scrimmage the varsity. I've made peace with the reality their a bubble team at best and if they do make it, will lose in the first or second round. Although if they play in 1st gear the remainder of the season look towards an early NIT exit. Time to transition into UK baseball!

Would the '89 team defeat this years squad? It would be a close game! But this years team has too much talent for the '89 squad!!!

Oh you guys give him more than his fair share of recognition on that.

I honestly believe what i said.
I never said that about any other player under the Cal era.
He was just way too overhyped.
