Evans had 32 points to Allens 12 in a earlier game this season and he also had 23 to Morris's 12 earlier. He's just as good or better then both Allen and Morris. Gonna be superfun to watch all these matchups at districts!

I agree that Evans is a very good player. Any team would be happy to have him. He plays hard and doesn't make many mistakes. And is a good free throw shooter, something that is a lost art on most high school and college teams today.
Allen is a good player too and has been getting better as the season progresses. I don't know how many double-doubles he's had this year but I know it's been quite a few.

Your forgetting that the first time that Estill and Lee met Morris had 22 points, 15 boards and 5 asst. Evans had 26 & 7 boards. Stats on KHSAA has 31 for Evans but those are way off. All the scores together would add up to 71 and Lee only scored 67.

I was at this game and I know how Coach Bentley is and he knows it's not ever easy to win on the road... With that being said I feel that Morris was benched for the turnovers that came down the stretch that allowed the Owls to make their run and win the game. Yes, on the comments can Allen be stopped, absolutely, he must be able to go both directions with the ball and when someone picks up on how to actually guard him before tournament the Owls could be in some trouble... Best of luck to all teams..
