I believe you're right on the dates too, if I were Stoops I'd try to convince him to come on Saturday instead of Friday. That way he could take in the LSU basketball game Saturday & experience the BBN. However, we'll take a visit from a big name recruit where we can.

Is this the same for Hearns or is he staying at UK all weekend??

UK has extended an offer to OL George Adeosun from Alpharetta, GA. He also has offers from Virginia & Oklahoma. He's visiting Oklahoma this weekend after visiting Virginia last weekend.

Dalyn Dawkins spoke with Hatcher about his decommit from USC, Hatcher said it was the distance, just was too far. Hatcher has previously said he wanted out of Louisville to go play college ball. Maybe he's retracted on that comment or maybe he still stands firm on both comments. If so I like our chances with him. Hatcher is to visit Florida this weekend. Wonder if he considers that too far from home too?? I hope!

Nebraska fans seem to be enraged over our recruiting of McWilson & him choosing to visit UK. Maybe it'll leave a bad taste in his mouth.

You can't fault the kid for saying that. Truthful honest answer, but also a likely statement to get them off his back because he wasn't interested. As well, UK didn't have the coaching staff nor the excitement surrounding football like now. I'm sure kids weren't getting their names chanted in Rupp, heck most people didn't know or care when they were on campus. Want to know why?? That flippant attitude started at the top & trickled down. As Joker told Woulard's dad, he wouldn't recruit him because he was committed to USF & he had friends on that staff. Yeah that'll win ball games, playing nice. Stoops don't care, he just offered a lineman today that his brother was after. I'm sure Hatcher would retract that comment with the opportunity to come be a hero, where people are excited about football, for coaches that have molded defensive ends into Top 5 NFL draft picks.

^ and I don't fault him at all, he was honest, I wouldn't have said the same thing, but it would've affected my decision. i mentioned this on a different thread, but Stoops has gotten off to the best start with recruiting of all the new hires regionally.

Duke Riley arrived home from track practice to bradley dale peveto sitting in his driveway. He may be visiting ole miss, lsu or UK this weekend, depening on who you are listening to. What I am hearing is he will unofficially visit next Wednesday.

Jason Hatcher's mom said he will not visit Florida this weekend. Hatcher said his announcement will not come until NSD. USC was in home to visit him tonight.

Hatcher got an in home visit from USC & offered him again. He has canceled any visits this weekend, and wont be making his decision until signing day. When his mother was asked what he was going to do, she told the reporter "it's completely up to Jason" when the reporter asked her about the possibilty of Jason going to UK, she said that "he was very interested in UK". Is Jason's mother dropping hints about his decision??? Just wait have to wait til Feb. 6th.
