Pikeville is in a terrible situation. Would be nice to rest up for the All "A" and that will definitely be on their minds. But you have a chance to play for a sport in the 15th Region tournament the night before, in a crazy environment.
I just hope for a clean game, with nothing dumb happening and no injuries. And either way, win or lose, it would be nice if one team won by 40 lol. Obviously, you don't want to lose by 40, but you know what I mean. Would be nice for PHS to get a nice lead and rest some guys up, but not likely.
Should be a battle. Go Panthers!

Looks like East Ridge is a solid favorite at home. I really feel bad for Lawrence County and Pikeville having to play these district games the night before the Regional Championship!!

Pikeville will be looking past East Ridge in this one. Warriors by 4.

I say Pikeville wins by about 20. With the way Pikeville has been playing its going to be hard to stop them.

Hahaha, ER isn't a 'solid favorite' at home. If anything, they're the underdogs.
And for all the talk about Pikeville "looking past" ER, that's ridiculous. They're playing for the #1 spot in district, which means a free ride a d good seed at Region.
Pikeville wins this, Ray Kasongo dominates with 20 and 10, and Rowe does his usual thing..score. This could get ugly.
Pikeville 70
East Ridge 54

I'm sure this will be an intense battle. Tough situation for PIkeville...

Fuel for the "Fire"! I can't wait for this one, it is going to be "Hot"!

Just ask Lawrence County hard difficult it is to play a big District game with the Regional Championship staring you in the face....

Ding ding ding! We have a winner! This is my career though, so obviously someone thinks enough of me to hire me.
Updates would be great, please. I was supposed to go but I'm in WVA.

From now on, update game threads go in this format. Score, time left, quarter.
EXAMPLE:
30-27 Belfry, 1:11 to go in 2nd quarter.

Pikeville won by 2. 60-58 I Think that is the score, I know for certian Pikeville won by 2. East Ridge had a shot at the end, but didn't end up getting into Overtime.

Final, 61-59 Pikeville wins in a barn burner. Sealed the game at the FT line as I heard it, Rowe was 12-12 at the line, went for 24 overall, Kasongo was 18 points and 10 rebounds I believe, and Jake Hamilton chipped in 10 points. About all I know, had to work.
