Kentucky outscores TN 23-7 in the fourth quarter. Looked bad when TN scored late but that 90 yard pass play put KY back on top then the defense finished it. The Jackson INT was the turning point, bottom line KY made plays when they had to.....GREAT GAME! Congrats to the Border Bowl Committee for another great game.

Great game, it was a fun one to watch, and except for a little rain occasionally, it was the best weather the Border Bowl has ever had! Felt like 70 and humid all day today. Its usually 20 degrees when this thing goes one.
This makes the all time series 4-2 for TN.

Weston only got one carry I think that may have been in the 4th quarter I watched practices there its like they didn't even acknowledge him that much from the looks of it I'm not trying to sound biased about the situation but that kid can play I heard like the first practice or 2 he done really good after that its like he never even hardly seen the practice field the kid can play at a high level its just like they already knew who they wanted its a honor that a kid is elected to play in this bowl but its a shame when a good first team all state running back dont play especially when we know he is
good enough I just feel that every single player should play in a game like this congrats to all players great game.

Caldwell County's Cole Webster had a great game too!

Hate to sound negative, but sticking up for the coaches, I beleive the fumble had a little to do with it.

I don't think you trying to sound negative I respect your honesty but it was not ruled a fumble they called it replay the down lol I talked to the kid and he said he was down then in the mix the ball got popped out yeah that should not happend but it does he would not have went in on that play but he had to ask the coach now I'm not going to sound negative but didn't the starter fumble a few carries he done a great job recovering but he did not go out. So I don't stick up for the coaches for that but besides that it was a good coaching game but the players of course made it happend Jeffrey canady is the real deal along with a whole lot of those guys out there Dylan beasly got a great arm also

Great game to watch, especially in the second half. Congrats to Aaron Jackson from Frankfort High on being named an Outstanding Defensive Player and to the All Bowl Team. This is the second All-Star game he competed in this year. He was named Offensive MVP of the Kentucky vs. Louisville game at St. X and a Defensive MOP of this game! Really talented kid and I wish him the best!

I would say it is hard to get 5 RB's a lot of carries, especially when you are in the passing game a lot of time. Holtzclaw was doing great. Best to leave him in. Do what you need to do to win the game.

I agree holtzclaw played a great game looks like he should have played sooner lol but all I am sayin in that case don't send 5 running backs down there then and yeah your right do what you have to too win the game... weston was first team all state no that does not make him better than anyone what so ever, but his numbers are there to prove that he can help a team win 2300 yds 33 tds 6th all time with 7204 yds in 40 games now even if this kid played a whole game it would not be fair others if there not going to play don't send them it's not playing for your school or at the college level it's a bowl game

Logan Cart is coming to Arkansas State glad to see him do well...

Big shout out to Wayne County's Dagan Shelton for having great practices and game!! We will miss him next year but wish him the best in the future!

Big congrats to Nathan Davis from Ryle high school, he led team Kentucky in receptions and sparked the offense on their first scoring drive. He also had a nice run on a fake punt for a 1st down in the 3rd quarter. You made your family, school, and coaches very proud. Thanks to the coaches to that help bring victory to Kentucky. Truly great experience for all involved.

Too many players period on the team. It is tough to get playing time. Have to use a lot of rotation and play one way. All the kids are use to being the star on their home team and it is a shock to them when they aren't in this game. I say narrow down the numbers, but then what if some don't show up?
