Final from Holy Cross, very sloppy game by both teams. Very aggressive, scrappy defense, which is no surprise if you follow NKY Catholic school basketball.
Tony Campbell led HC with 20 points, he also collected 4 offensive fouls

This is an upset. Holy Cross has a deceptively under-rated team. Looks like they might be on a roll now after darn near beating Holmes the other night.

Congrats HC. What was the score in their game with Holmes. Peace be among us. Brother Cecil.

Holmes beat H.C. 68-65 after leading by 25 at half. Some teams just take a while to find their identity, and that may be the case with H.C. Do not overlook H.C. when talking about possible Region 9 champs.

The big thing for Holy Cross now is football players Pouncy, Markel McClendon, Travis Gabbard, and Will Knochelmann are back in basketball form. They're getting better.
As for Brossart, they need to take to the rim more confidently if they want to get better.
