Wolfe County 65 - Cordia 55
#1
Final from Campton

Cordia is epitomizing inconsistency this year.

It's still early, though.

Wolfe isn't a team I would want to play late in the year. They play really hard and share the ball. They have some bad loses but seem to be improving as the year goes on. Coach Creech always has his kids ready by tourney time.

For the talk that goes on, that's a bad loss for Cordia. Winning games like this separate yourself in this region.
#5
I just heard that Tagaloa went down with an ankle in this one.

^Bad news for Cordia...

Good game for wolfe. I agree they do play hard

Anybody have any stats on this game? Also does Wolfe have any size? Peace be among us. Brother Cecil.

And if that's the case I recant my earlier post. When everything gets sluggish for Cordia he can create, a trait that this team has to have.

And for what it's worth, I am really pulling for Cordia, would LOVE for them to bounce LCC in district (sorry Letcher Co. brethren) seeing as how they host region.

IF they lose every other game and still beat Letcher I will be happy.

Tagaloa did go down earlier in the third with a bad ankle injury and didn't return and everyone who knows Cordia right now knows they go as A.J goes and he doesn't look to return until the All A on the 16th. But Wolfe did play extremely hard and held off a late run from the lions. Neace looked good for Cordia and will be a big contributor on this team. Also got news tonight that if all goes well Thursday Owootoah and King could be suiting up Friday at buckhorn along with Lucin. Congrats Wolfe and hope Tagaloa has a speedy recovery.
