The JBS remark spawned from mine, ekff's, and benchwarmer's past arguments on here over the last couple of years.

Hazard was dubbed the tri-county bulldogs for their recruiting
Perry was dubbed Perry Community College for the same reasons
and Knott earned the nickname JBS because of all of the JBS players

and yes - there are only two right now - I acknowledge that
but can we really say in confidence that the last four years that the Patriots haven't benefited from the JBS debacle?

good point. I guess i should have a harder time being offended by some nerd that cant even dribble a basketball. i guess if i didnt know anything about basketball and never played organized basketball and had to sit in the stands and watch then i would probably have some harsh comments as well. i guess if you cant actually play or be a part of it, then next best thing is to write about it and talk about it on here. lulz.

EKFF doesn't get offended when Knott fans call Hazard the tri-county bulldogs and go on about recruiting.

I don't get offended that Knott fans get onto us about Jaysean Paige or Justin Johnson.

But for some reason a few of the Knott County faithful get extra tore up about anyone mentioning the fact that they were irrelevant until Tate Cox, Zach Davis and the rest of the gang made there way from Pippa Passes to Hindman.

And for the record: several Knott County posters that I've jabbed at on here in the past are very well respected by me. I respect their opinions and even though I raise cane on them I know where they're coming from (stlouiscards, downtown, baller4lyfe, to name a few).

Actually, not that it matters, but Cordia was up 7 at the half. 35-28. They hit a 3 to begin the 3rd to go up ten, and then it was all Knott in the second half. so after the 3 cordia hit Knott Outscored Cordia 31 to 10. Cordia is not an easy game for anyone in the region. They just havent played the other top teams in the region yet.... They are a legitimate contender in my view. If they get more eligible, they could be one of the favorites to win it all. IMO, though, things are going to implode over there with all these new kids coming in each yr. Local kids may as well look elsewhere to play. Everyone knows that they are doing things over there they shouldnt, like housing kids in dorms and such. Could be just a matter of time before things get out of hand there.
