Mark Sanchez benched
#1
Rex Ryan benches Mark Sanchez but doesn't start Tim Tebow, instead starts Greg McElroy

I don't know what to say except that Rex Ryan is stupid and needs to be fired. Picking a 3rd string QB over 2nd string. What a complete joke of a coach Ryan is

To be honest, Sanchez never should have been a starter period.

However, I can understand why Ryan is going with Mcelroy.
Tebow will prolly be gone next year. Sanchez Sucks. Hes the only choice you have to try and build something off of. Im not a Tebow bandwagon guy, as most of you know, I laughed at the thought of Tebow even playing QB, and to me that still holds true.
However, who knows if Ryan will even be in NY next year.

I somewhat agree with this, especially about Ryan's future in NY.

However, I think you go with Tebow. If he plays well then you can get a good trade value for him.

I like his choice of not using Tebow, the guy sucks as a Qb, I wouldn't play him either .
#6
Jets season is over, Tebow couldnt do much worst than Sanchez. If the Jets dont play Tebow, what the hell was the point and trading for him this offseason.

Thats my only question.
Why bring him in if your not going to play him?
#8
Rex Ryan is an idiot. Sanchez should have been benched long ago.

Why bring Tebow in if your not gonna play him when your starter is horrific. If they have no intentions of keeping Tebow i understand the McElroy move. Why sign him to walk the sidelines though. Sanchez should have been benched at the beginning of the season. Tebow should have then got a shot to prove himself. If it didnt pan out then you play McElroy and groom your replacement for next year.

Ryan will be looking for a job next year.

They need a brand new coaching staff IMO. Rex Ryan sucks as a head coach, and Tony Sparano sucks as an offensive coordinator.
#10
About 7 games to late....

And for the wrong back up....

Rex Ryan sucks!!!!

well, aint that something....we agree!

Rex Ryan is an idiot! Leap frogging Tebow when he's been the back up all season? You are pathetic and don't deserve to make decisions like this. Because you know Tebow would go in there and do well and make you look like an idiot for keeping Sanchez as a QB.

So you wanna go from "suckier" (Sanchez) to "suckiest" (Tebow)?

I support Rex Ryan's decision.

I support Rex Ryan's decision.

Although some truth to this, I then feel like Tebow should have been #3 on the depth chart and not #2 all year.
