There were a lot of bad calls, but the one that sticks out in my mind is the T on Coach Gannon, when he was squating beside the bench. He didn't even look like he was upset at something when it was called on him.

Intensity had nothing to do with it. Too many turnovers in too short of time is what did the Lady Hawks in. Had ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with their intensity nor effort.
