That would surprise me, but I think if the players just listen to him and the parents shut their mouths and let him do his job, he'll do wonders for the program...

Well, i played under this man last year and in my opinion he wouldnt make us any worse, but i dont think he is prepared to take us to the next level with belfry and p-burg...almost everyone here knows we have the talent, we just need some stability with a good coach so he can actually build on our program

What does this tell th eold coach, understanding that he may not be tenured. What i get from this situation is a guy bust his butt, takes over a rough situation and gets kicked to the curve????? I dont get it. The people at SV need to buckle down and make a good-safe decision. Good Luck coach Hampton wherever u land. Experienced or not. I hope everyone reading understands what tenured means. lol

Looked and looked for info on him...only found that he was at JJ Kelly HS in the early 2000s.
They've been 1-9 and 0-10 the last few years. Don't think he's been head coach there during that time but not sure.
No reason given as to why he stopped being the head coach there but did read where there's was a petition signed by many of his players in support of him.
