This is from a Facebook page and I wanted to share it with the BGR family:
As many of you may already kow, Will Hinton and Jacobi Gilmore, two Somerset High School football players, were seriously injured in an automobile accident on October 4, 2012. Both Will and Jacobi suffered serious injuries resulting from this wreck and are continuing a very long recovery process. Medical and additional costs associated with the wreck, rehabilitation, and recovery will be overwhelming as any friend, parent and family member can imagine. From that we have decided to help in any and every way we can. For that reason we are hosting a dinner in which the proceeds will be used to help defray the expenses incurred as a result of the accident.
We are thankful for all the prayers, time and consideration our friends, families, and program have received over the last few weeks. We wanted to extend how blessed we feel to be able to help our teammates dureing such a trying time.
The Gilmore-Hinton Benefit Dinner will take place prior to Somerset's first playoff game on Friday, November 2, 2012 from 5:00-7:00PM. The benefit dinner will take place in the Meece Middle School Cafeteria next to the Somerset Football Stadium. All proceeds from the $10 per person entrance will be donated to the Gilmore and Hinton families to help offset medical and additional expenses from this month's accident. The food for the dinner is being prepared by Main Street Deli. There will, of course, be additional donation opportunities throughout the dinner and football game.
If you plan to attend please RSVP to GilmoreHintonBenefit@gmail.com to help us prepare for the dinner.
A big thank you is extended to ALL those involved in putting everything together--come hungry and stay to help the Jumpers win!
In addition to the benefit dinner, donations will be accepted at all First and Farmers Bank locations in Somerset, Kentucky. Donations can also be mailed to:
"Gilmore-Hinton Jumper Benefit"
P.O. Box 32
Somerset, KY 42502
For all additional questions, comments and inquires pleas email at GilmoreHintonBenefit@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Thank you again for all your time, prayers and encouragement!

I think it would be great if we could get Shelby Valley fans and family to come eat at this. It's right beside the field and right before the game. Would be a unique and kind of unifying night!
