Well sf_football...since you're a south floyd fan you should know that it most likely is south floyd's field..they keep their's very very well ran..Its always nice to play on that field.

I think JC has the nicest

My vote goes to Ashland. Lawrence Co. does not cut their grass short enough, it is always very tall when I have been on it.

Last time I was at Ashland the field didnt look very good. It looked like the whole field was covered in mud.

This year for the JC/Ashland game Ashland's field wasn't looking as good as normal due to the fact that Ashland had strong rains for 2 days leading up to the game as well as strong rains the day of the game up through most of the 1st half.

Yea it was pretty wet.....believe me i know!!!....lol

Evarts by far!

Lawrence County's field is pretty bad. It's like playing in a field of tall grass and there's a HUGE slope from the middle of the field to the sideline.
Johnson Central has the finest field.

No SF has the best
12-24-2005, 01:50 AM
I would have to go with sf its the newest and nicest field
12-24-2005, 04:00 AM
Probably have to go with SF as well, followed closely by Ashland and Russell. Those are just the best I've seen personally.

South floyd has the best feild because its not like sandpaper like prestonburg

Lawrence County has a nice field.

You need to come back our way. Clay has a hidden jewel. Their field is the best East of I-75. Corbin has the best. I had heard that Ashland had the best until I saw it. Also, Clay is making more improvements this year .

SF has an excellent field....I played on it before and after it was worked on. very nice.
Pike Central usually keeps there field in good shape. It is also painted pretty nicely...most of the time.

I wouldnt say we had the finest considering there were dirtspots in the middle of the field all season.

Well i think that Pike Centrals is pretty good and SF's is real good. But if they would have keep valley's old grass then it was really nice! it was like a top field i think.
