I'd say Kobe will pass MJ and finish at #3. He has an outside shot at catching Karl Malone and Kareem.

Given the talent the Lakers have, I hope Kobe will consider being a team player this year. I am no Lakers fan, but they have the potential to be scary good if everybody gets on the same page.

He won't pass him this year, but assuming he stays healthy, definitely next year.
