Shelby County @ Collins 9/28
#1
Collins will take on crosstown rival Shelby County Friday night. Collins won the first two meetings by scores of 49-7 and 39-0, but Shelby County is having a much better season this year than the past two years.

Any thoughts or predictions?

I think that this will be the first competitive game in the series. I wish I was still there to see it, it will be fun atmosphere.

This would be a great game to watch. I'm going with Collins.

Collins and a running clock!

This one could get both teams in the 30's. Collins D has been giving up too many yards on the ground and SC has guys who can get up and down the field. Collins has shown they can still put the points on the board. Should be a great one.

All I can say is that if you are going, better get there early.

Shelby county has played a soft schedule. Collins must improve their tackling, which is why they are getting hurt by the running game. Shelby is no Boyle Co. And Collins will stuff their running game while scoring consistently on them. The option is not tricky, lay the wood on your responsibility every play and everything else falls into place.

You posted the magic word...
TACKLE TACKLE TACKLE...Seems to be the only problem with this team.

This game should be better than the first two. If Collins plays defense like they have, it could be another game like last week against Spencer County with both teams scoring in the 30's. If Shelby County can score a bunch of points, it could be a close game, but if the Titan defense finally shows up, it could be an easy win for Collins. Collins can score, they just can't stop the run. They have plenty of speed on defense, but haven't been able to tackle anyone.
