Lol thoughts on Boyle. I have figured out why they aren't very good this year they got to be on call of the Wildman show and got the big head.

Boyle Co. Wins in a close one. Catholic will blow 2 quarters trying to figure out they have no run game and then try to open it up in the 2nd half. That will work against some teams but not Boyle. I look for a 14 point Boyle lead at half. The second half will be Boling trying to get them back in the game and he will play good but they will come up short.Coaching is to good at Boyle. I have watched Catholic at home 3 times and I have heard the same thing happened last week at Mercer from several fans that went to the game.

That's funny, cause Lex Cath has only come from behind once at home and that's against Madison Central. A power running team like Bell were up 7-0 early but lost 21-7. Lafayette tied at 7 at half, but made adjustment and blew them away 42-7. Down 10-0 to Madison Central and again made adjustment and won going away 38-16(?). Not sure which game you mean by trying to get back cause they got back and got back big against all teams mentioned. I do agree with you not able to stop the run. Are you sure you where there to watch LC play at home, cause I did not see you. nicker:

LexCath played possum with Mercer last week. The only thing I saw was that you can run on LexCath. I expect another good but boring regular season game between these two rivals.

Bell Co. - 2.3 yards per carry
Lafayette - 0.3 yards per carry
Madiscon Central - 1.5 yards per carry
Mercer County - 4.4 yards per carry
Male - 4.1 yard per carry.

81 of Mercers 183 yards came on 2 carries. Otherwise ypc would be around 2.6.

According to KHSAA website:

Bell County rushed for 139 yards on 41 carries. 3.4 yds per carry.

The other stats look correct.

I expect a tough game but the Knights are definitely the favorite.
