Just a little shameless plug for my old high school friends. Some of you may recognize both of these guys from their sports playing days.

Sundy Best is composed of Nick Jamerson and Kris Bentley, both of Prestonsburg. If you recall, Nick was P-burg's all-world receiver back around 2003 and 2004. He was also apart of the basketball team during that time as well.

Kris played basketball with both Nick and myself up until he transferred to Shelby Valley to finish out his career. He was an incredible shooter, probably the best in the region at the time.

They have now joined teams once again to create a vocal duo known as Sundy Best. They recently opened for Lynyrd Skynyrd at the East KY Expo and have their own CD out. They are an incredible talent and I expect them to go far.

Anyway, they just released their 2nd video off their CD "Door without a Screen". It's called Lily. Take a look....

Both are great songs, but i do love "Home". It just hits ya in the heart.
