Oh yeah, forgot: Highlands/Belfry - another 60 point running clock shutout

I know Belfry and Highlands have played what,five games against each other? I'm not gonna look it up, but who has layed down the biggest whoopin? I know from reading on here that Highlands has the overall lead in the series, and with due respect to your alls program, it would be a bigger advantage favoring the Bluebirds if they did play ten or twenty times more. Did Highlands ever score that many points on Belfry(60)? Because it would be hard to but that many points on a Haywood team, Belfry runs the ball way more than they even think about passing. Be real lucky to score 60 points. But crazier thinks have happen on the old ball field. Catch you tomorrow.

I also hear that Harlan Ind. was no longer going to play Williamsburg. That is a shame considering this is a game that had been played for a very long time. The single A schools from the old districts should play each other.

I believe you will see the Williamsburg/Hazard game most years in the playoffs. Bell/Belfry would be a awesome matchup.

That's probobly true. A regular season game would probobly take away from the hype, but a Week 1 matchup would be awsome for a one time deal.

I agree, I miss the Rock/Bell game. Rock got beat the last couple of games, but we were the last mountain team to beat Bell. Rock may be down, but don't count them out---they will be back.

Boyle County vs Somerset (When these teams shared a District they had some great battles in the late 70's and early 80's)

RYLE/Highlands-- To continue for years to come Ryle's JV and freshman have either beat Highlands or lost by 10 or less its becoming a good rivalry discount this year And I expect big things from Ryle next year and year after This is a good rivalry for NKY football

SK/Highlands-- Asking to much i know but i'd love to see highlands pummel the pioneers once and for all so we don't have to here SK talk about they could compete with them.
Campbell County/Highlands... Rumor this is opening game for Campbell's new stadium would be good to see this renewed after couple years without playing....
Any 6a school Vs. Walton Verona. Beechwood plays up and is in the game with schools that size for WV to act like there in same sentence as Beechwood i'd like to see them play a big school to see if they even can survive.......

Highlands would probably wipe the floor with Simon Kenton, Ryle, and Campbell county even if they combined schools. It would be better than mason and western though.

Wide Right you talk a lot of stuff. If Highlands played with just kids from that area minus cincy and the other areas how good would they really be? Next off did you really say Trinity would be down after this year. You do realize that sophomore class is suppose to be better then this senior class correct. They still have a 4 star d tackle in that junior class. If Trinity scheduled Highlands it would be a complete joke. Highlands will never be rated number 1 in Kentucky ever again with trinity there. Add in Saint X who will bounce back soon and you all will always be sitting at 2 or 3 so get over it.

Wide right can we rename Highlands? It should be Moeler, Cincy St X And Elder junior high because the kids who aren't good enough to play there move down the river and suit up.

According to several posters on here, most of the Highlands kids' actually grow up in the system. Good feeder programs=good high school programs.

From what I have heard, a lot of people aren't too happy about this. I think the games will be good for the fans and fun to watch, but I know of a lot of people who aren't too pleased with the decision for Somerset to play both county schools in the same season.
