The good news for Holy Cross is that they only have to be better than Ncc and Ncc doesn't appear to be very good either.

^They will need to be better than Somerset, Danville, O'Cath or Murray also, and none of those teams have looked to shabby to start the season.
The 2A state title is definitely not a guarantee to stay in NKY this season.

Holy Cross will beat a weak and pathetic NCC team.

Did not think there was a chance of him coming back this early. That explains a lot, no disrespect to HC. He has got to be one of the best players around.

he made a huge difference on defense. they were more aggressive with him, allowing the younger guys to play back and read with more confidence. holy cross's defense needs more work, mainly tackling. they were in position to stop the ball, they just couldn't wrap up.

That young man makes a difference when he walks in the stadium in uniform. Who does HC start on there D-Line.

Any win is a good win when you start 0-2.

not really, Conner, Cooper, and Beechwood were all ranked in the top 5 in their classes. going to oldham county will be challenging, but not nearly as hard as the last 3 games.

HC was without their 3 best players most of the night. Beechwood was without many of their best players as well. Many JV players had to play due to these injuries from both teams. It seemed that Beechwood has younger talent able to contribute and HC did not. Both teams are banged up right now and need to get some of these young guys to step up to keep the season heading in a positive direction. Beechwood showed they are in better position right now with their young guys. Hopefully HC will find some guys willing to step up
