Gotta throw in Collinsworth and Turner from Highlands somewhere in that Top 10. I like Collopy at NCC too. That's right, even an NCC player.

This is not necessarily true. IMO TImmons and Quick are 1 and 1a. I know the competition level is different but the kid cant control the schedule. Ill take RT against anyone.

skylar griffith from wburg

Pugh from Pike Central has too be on the short list. He is the best WR in EKY
08-23-2012, 01:08 PM
I'm sure Johnson Central has an Allstate receiver candidate.

#3 Chester.

Jeff Canada Knox Central
James Quick , don't know who 2-9 are but I know he's #1. you can also throw in Devonte Yelder (Louisville Central) the one who caught the winning bomb in the 3A state final. & also the kid from Louisville Ballard , Cam Lewis.
Unless were only talking about "the mountains".

He was mentioned in the OP as #1...everyone in the State knows he is the best there is, thats why noone has felt the need to bring him up again

You were posting as I was editing. Don't know when it's appropriate to bring up any players from Louisville as most interest on this site only applies to the mountain teams. Sorry

The interest is in HS Football...bring up Louisville players as often as you want. I want to know about what's going on up there for sure, would love to have more guys from jefferson County on here to engage with.

Aaron Jackson has to on list, already has 3 offers from Navy, EKU and Liberty. Much different guy than Quick and Timmons. Very long vertical kid that will work across middle.

Quick and Timmons. The rest are fillers. Good and average but not great like these two.
08-23-2012, 03:41 PM
Gotta have Jordan Olinger on this list.

Hey Guys! I am from Jefferson County...and a Trinity fan. I just signed up yesterday. I have been on Kentucky Preps for a while, but am getting increasingly frustrated by the 'regulars' over there. They have no interest in talking football...Any time Trinity is mentioned in a thread, it gets hijacked with a couple of pages of 'cheating', 'recruiting' and 'unfair advantage' snarky comments and all hope at a real football discussion is lost. I will stay on there to some degree because of the Rivals National board, but I am really looking for a better 'Kentucky' forum.
KY Preps tends to lean towards Western KY, with a lot of Mayfield and BG fans. I also looked at Bluegrass Preps, but it was all Highlands all the time and plus I don't do pay sites.
It looks like from what I have seen here, Bluegrass Rivals does lean East. There really is not a board where the discussions tilt towards Louisville, but from the comments above, you guys do sound like you are interested in discussions with someone from Jefferson County.
