Saw that the head coach position at Glasgow was posted on KHSAA. Did Rick Wood retire?

He retired from teaching in December. As a formality, he had to be re-hired to coach and the job had to be posted. He has already been re-hired and has started spring practice.

Glasgow has hired a new Athletic Director since the job was posted at KHSAA. Probably just an oversight during the transition. I can assure you that Rick Wood was re-hired last week as the football coach at Glasgow.

It also says they are looking for an AD, so probably just is an oversight if both jobs are still posted and have been filled.

Job postings on the KHSAA site have to be taken down by the poster, if not they will stay on there a while. Im sure its just oversite.
