No. 2 Marion County (30-4) beat North Hardin 57-37 and No. 10 Elizabethtown(26-5) defeated Green County 60-38 in the semifinals at Central Hardin.

Marion County, the defending region champion, won 68-62 at E’town on Feb. 2 in the teams’ only previous meeting this season.
