I just had a server gifted to me.
It was headed for the trash because these guys were going virtual on their web server and didn't need it.

HP ProLiant ml350 with 2-3.0Ghz Processors2-72.8 GB Raid HDs with 2 open slots for additional HDs
They weren't for sure on the memory. I would imagine it is pretty decent in that regard.

Any recommendations on what I could do with it?

I'm not a gamer.

I'd probably sell it cheaper than you can get one anywhere else since I don't have anything in it.

The new ones are pricey but this is an older model.

I'll try to see what it's worth and get back to you.
