Prestonsburg is one of the hottest teams in the region right now, winning 7 of their last 9 games.

Aside from an abysmal showing at Phelps where the Pirates looked terrified of the big Phelps crowd and the physicality of Stilter, Branham, and Hatfield, the Pirates have played good ball in a win over SV (What should have been a blowout) and a win over rival Mingo Central. The Pirates and Blackcats played to a 2 point PBurg overtime win at Belfry earlier this season (Only home court advantage the Pirates had was their rims, because the stands were nearly empty.)

Hopefully this is a good one, Pulling for my team!

Hope Coach Casey is there, since he was AWOL at the trophy presentation after the game Friday night. :eyeroll:

Blackcats 69-63.

Belfry has a cat-quick point guard and some good physicality inside with Runyon and Messer. If they're on, and they limit fouls, will give Pburg a hard time. I just don't think they have enough bench. Pretty decent press too. It will be a hard fought game, for sure, but Pirates fall by 12, with late fouls pushing up the score.

This guy has clearly watched Belfry play. Excellent prediction, I don't like your predicted outcome but man you're right on. Lol, w/ Brett Charles hurt they're trying to practice a few guys into the rotation so we may see some new #'s on the court for short periods.

Lol. I've seen every team except Johnson Central and Sheldon Clark. Something always came up when I wanted to see them play. But thanks for the words, and looking forward to the game.
