Knott/Buckhorn 2/17 Predictions?
#1
Knott coming off of 2 tough losses to Perry and Breathitt, now has to travel over the hills and through the woods to the Buckhorn Palace. Should be a very interesting atmosphere on Friday night in the little confines of the Wildcat Den. I think Knott will be ready to make a run at the region and will put questions to rest in this one. Knott 65-58

Buckhorn wins. Not many teams go into the den and pull out a win. Knott isnt physical enough to go to the Horn and beat them.

if you were at the perry game you wouldnt be making that statement. that was the most physical ive seen knott all year. Buckhorn has a real chance at winning with the way justice has been shootin the ball. If it were me id set justice out until district finals, to give his finger some time to heal.

Knott Co win in a close one they dont like the press so if the horn press them thay Buckhorn will win... Knott 63 Buckhorn 58

Buckhorn played Knott close at Morton C Combs.
I don't know if Knott lays anything to rest in this one or not.

Agree with all of this.

Knott and Buckhorn should rest their guys. Knott needs to be at full strength for the district championship and Buckhorn needs everybody at top notch for any chance to knock out PCC. These two don't have bad blood, though I'm sure Buckhorn wanted that WYMT just as much as Knott but beating Perry is worth a lot more. Especially after a tough loss against LCC. Buckhorn needs to regroup.

Depends on the status of Couch and Day! If Buckhorn is fully healthy I think it will be a 4-5 point game either way. However, without Couch and a less than 100% Day will mean a long night for Buckhorn in this one. I do think though if any player on either side is less than 1000% they should consider resting them. This game is only bragging rights and the true games start next week.

He is playing so not bad. LOL

I've seen him out about 5 times since they started talking about it.
He didn't look like someone who's shoulder was barely hanging on like everyone acted lol
