The draws for the boys' and girls' state basketball tournaments will be carried live by WKYT-TV in Lexington on Jan. 27 at 10:30 a.m., and replayed on CWKYT at 1 p.m. It also will be streamed live through http://www.khsaa.tv

I know some districts seed but some still do a draw and they can be different times but does anyone know about when they start district drawings?
